Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with over 6 years of proven success in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
